A graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Mathias Rouveure founded Homemade in 2022 with one conviction: gastronomy is a living art that deserves to be experienced, not just tasted.

His approach blends food, art and music to create multisensory experiences. Every event becomes a bespoke culinary narrative — from an intimate private dinner to a product launch for 200 guests.
