Chef & Founder
Mathias Rouveure
More than a chef, Mathias Rouveure is a creator of emotions. A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, and after a career in E-Reputation, he chose to return to a more direct practice, refocused on gesture, precision and intention — first running restaurants, then founding HOMEMADE.
His world extends beyond the kitchen — on Instagram where he shares a raw, spontaneous perspective, and in music as a DJ, which he explores as another way of composing.
His wife Anna Bontemps co-builds the artistic direction and manages project production. With over 15 years in marketing, digital and influence, she brings a personal and sensitive approach to the art of hosting — raised as an ambassador's daughter, she grew up in a culture of connection where welcoming and bringing people together were second nature. Her eye shows in every detail: the precision of a table setting, the balance of an atmosphere, the way guests discover each other.
